The Trussell Trust Foodbank develop, run, and enable community projects that combat poverty and exclusion.
The Tuxford Mine of Information is a voucher issuer and collection point for the Foodbank.
If you need to speak to us about a voucher then please just drop in during our opening hours of Monday - Friday 9.30am - 12.30
One you have a voucher, you can drop in and collect your groceries at The Foodbank T-uxford Methodist School Room on a Tuesday from 10 am - 1 pm.
If you would like to drop of food donations we are happy to accept them at The Mine:
- Instant Mash Potato
- Sugar (500g)
- Vegetables (tinned)
- Breakfast Cereal
- Tomatoes( Tinned)
- Fruit Juice
- Pasta, rice and/or noodles
- Tea Bags or Coffee
- UHT Milk
- Fish/Meat (Tinned)
- Rice Pudding (tinned)
- Biscuits
- Tinned Fruit
